1hr Nutrition Consult
Includes:
Diet adjustments based on sport specific nutrition needs
Food choice adjustments
Food timing for optimal performance and recovery.

Nutrition Plan W/ 2 Weeks Contact
Includes:
Nutrition only
2 weeks of flexible dieting food choices
Adjustments will be made twice: once after week one and once at week 2.

4 Week Training Plan W/ Full-Time Contact
Includes:
Training only.
4 weeks work of GOAL SPECIFIC training.
Adjustments will be made 3 times throughout the program with check-in information.
Contact will end if not renewed after the 4
th
week. 1 hour 1 on 1 $65 each.

Training & Nutrition
4 weeks of corresponding training & nutrition planning.

12 weeks of corresponding training & nutrition planning.

Full time contact for the duration of the 12 weeks.

Only full payment accepted.
24 weeks of corresponding training & nutrition planning.
Adjustments made to both aspects weekly with check-in information.
Full-time contact for the duration of the 24 weeks.
